Controller/CFO

Full-Time Position – Salaried

Duties

The Controller at URS is the senior position of the Agency that oversees and coordinates all financial functions
– including annual budgeting, maintaining and producing accurate and detailed financial statements of the overall
operations in accordance with recognized accounting principles. The Controller provides leadership and direction to the
Accountant and Accounts Receivable staff while interfacing with other Agency management and the Board of Directors
as a member of the Senior Leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and minimum of 8 years of experience including supervision and management required. Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.  The ideal candidate will possess a CPA with a non-profit accounting background. Familiarity with governmental funding and knowledge of job-related software packages to include FinancialEdge for Blackbaud are also a plus! Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
