Employment Specialist/Job Coach

3 Part-Time Positions & 6 Seasonal Positions in Clark, Greene and Montgomery Counties.

Duties

The ideal candidates will be able to provide one on one or group supports to participants on their job site and in a vocational training setting. Act as a liaison and advocate for their participant while using a customer service approach to maintaining community and employer relationships. Ability to keep written documentation is necessary as well as the ability to observe behavior and measure performance. Occasional evenings and weekends are available for the On-Call positions. Weekend hours offer $2.00 more per hour!
