Employment Specialist/Job Coach

3 Part-Time Positions in Clark, Greene and Montgomery Counties.

Duties

The ideal candidates will be able to provide one on one supports to participants on their job site. Act as a liaison and advocate for their participant while using a customer service approach to maintaining community employer relationships. Ability to keep written documentation is necessary as well as the ability to observe behavior and measure performance. Occasional evenings and weekends are available for the On-Call positions. Weekend hours offer $2.00 more per hour!

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field
preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be over the age of 21. Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation and
an acceptable driving record are required. Excellent communication: oral, written, interpersonal and electronic and
organization skills required. CPR and First Aid training are preferred.
