LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Full-Time Position
Duties
The LPN at URS will coordinate and manage all Agency LPN services. The LPN provides services on a regularly scheduled basis to clients; both youth and adult, including staff training, client education, and consultations to staff, clients, and parents. Participate as a member of interdisciplinary teams as required by Youth & Adult Services, write and coordinate plans as a result of these meetings.
Qualifications
Prior facility-based LPN experience required. Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills are essential in this position. Strong organizational skills in conjunction with time management and self-motivation are a must. Experience working with individuals with disabilities either in rehabilitation program or residential setting required. Must meet all requirements and training to provide Home and Community Based Waiver Services per rules of State of Ohio, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and/or Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and meet Childcare Staffing requirements as set forth by Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Must complete and maintain trainings as required by all State and Local funding sources and accreditation bodies. Valid CPR/AED and First Aid training are required.
