Quality Assurance Specialist

Full Time Position

Duties

The individual in this position will ensure the agency adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including
health and safety, accessibility, and client rights. The right candidate will also oversee the implementation of quality
controls procedures in accordance with state, local and federal statutes. This position will be responsible for
organizing and administering all aspects of the Quality Assurance department while working collaboratively with
members of the Senior Leadership Team to implement and maintain a plan for internal quality audits to include all
business and programmatic functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a closely related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience in a small to mid-size firm performing Quality Assurance duties required. The right person
for this role must be reliable and trustworthy and have great attention to detail. Excellent written, oral, electronic, and
interpersonal communication skills are pertinent to the success of this role. Solid computer skills with knowledge of
Microsoft Office and job-related software. Proven skills and understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
