Employers
Employment Services of URS is a non-profit organization that provides a continuum of employment services and supports for local employers and the job seekers we serve. These services are of no cost to the employers or job seekers and is funded through state vocational funds.
We rely on our community employer partners to allow us to fulfil our mission of improving the quality of life for the individuals we serve through integrated, competitive community employment.
The current list of Employer Partners continues to expand, some of them include: Ace Hardware, TJX (Marshals, TJ Maxx), Adecco @ P&G, Kroger, Meijer, Springfield Regional Medical Center, University of Dayton, McDonald’s, Synchrony Financial, Rural King, Ace Hardware, Young’s Jersey Dairy, Beavercreek Golf Club, Reid Golf, Bagger Dave’s, Cassano’s Call Center, Dollar General, Hospice of Dayton, Friendship Village, Firehouse Subs and more!
In 2023, URS Job Developers found 56 jobs for individuals with disabilities!

- Screening services to find the right “fit” between the job seekers abilities, preferences, needs and strengths and the needs of the employer.
- Ongoing supports that stay with the person even after hire.
What is the benefit of hiring job seekers with disabilities and/or other special needs?
