Daily Living Skills
The Occupational Therapist's role is to help patients in making the activities that occupy their day as independent, productive and energy efficient as possible. These skills may include developing skills needed for handwriting and typing, as well as activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, meal preparation, and community living skills.

Communication & Feeding
Speech-Language Pathologists are professionals licensed and certified in the identification of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders. Comprehensive speech pathology services are available for patients having difficulty expressing thoughts, feelings, or needs or difficulty being understood by others.
URS' pediatric speech-language pathology program provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of children birth to 18 years of age for speech, language, swallowing, feeding and oral motor skills.
