URS offers nationally and state accredited programs for infants, children, and adults with developmental and acquired disabilities or other special needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down Syndrome, and Muscular Dystrophy. Our unique "one-stop" concept provides a comprehensive array of services under one roof.
What We Offer
Youth Services
The only childcare provider in Ohio with on-site nursing and integrated therapies, serving children with and without special needs ages 6 weeks through 17 years, including summer programming.
Adult Services
Socially-engaging programs for adults featuring art, music, gardening, fitness, cultural activities, and community-inclusion opportunities
Employment Services
Vocational training, career exploration, work site assessment, job coaching, and placement services to help each individual achieve their personal employment goals
Therapy Services
Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Aquatic Therapy for children and adults, including specialized apraxia treatment, delivered on-site by licensed clinicians

For those who require modified textures, our kitchen staff carefully prepares diced, blended, or pureed meals so everyone can enjoy nutritious food safely and with dignity.
Daily Meal Programs
United Rehabilitation Services of Greater Dayton respects, advocates for, and shall not interfere with the exercise of Client Rights as established in Section 5123.62 of the Ohio Revised Code.
