Noah's Journey
For more than 11 years, URS has been Noah's second home. From Latchkey, to Super Seniors, to Community Integration, Noah has grown with us — and his heart has shaped every program he's touched.
Though non-verbal, Noah speaks volumes through his actions.
He volunteers across Dayton — Miami Valley Meals, Shoes for the Shoeless, Crayons to Classrooms, Boonshoft, MetroParks — showing his peers what community truly looks like.
Noah embodies URS' mission: purpose, independence, and belonging. His journey is a powerful reminder of what happens when a child grows up in a place that believes in them.
